1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of FleetReach Marketplace, provided under the name FleetReach (“we,” “us” or “our”). By using the marketplace, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you act for a business, you must have authority to do so. These terms cover the public marketplace; separately agreed vendor services may have additional terms.

2. The marketplace’s role

FleetReach provides product discovery, vendor storefronts and inquiry tools. Vendors are independent businesses responsible for their listings, quotes and transactions. Sending an inquiry does not place an order or reserve inventory.

FleetReach does not act as the seller of listed products, process purchase payments or fulfill orders. Confirm product suitability, availability, final pricing and transaction terms directly with the vendor.

3. Shipping, returns and refunds

The vendor is responsible for shipping, delivery, pickup, returns and refunds. The vendor’s policies and the transaction terms agreed between you and the vendor apply, subject to applicable law. Obtain any missing policy details before purchasing.

FleetReach does not arrange shipping, accept returned products or issue refunds for vendor purchases. We do not offer a buyer-protection or compensation program or promise to mediate transaction disputes.

4. Responsible use

Provide accurate information and only submit content you have the right to share. Do not use the marketplace for fraud, impersonation, unlawful or misleading content, harassment, spam or infringement of others’ rights.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service or misuse inquiry tools to collect personal information. We may restrict access or remove content to address misuse, security concerns or legal obligations.

5. Content and availability

FleetReach and its licensors retain their rights in the marketplace’s design and content. Vendors retain rights in their own materials. Access to a listing does not grant permission to republish or commercially reuse its content.

By submitting an inquiry or support request, you permit FleetReach to store, process and share it as needed to deliver that request and operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Listings and availability can change. To the extent permitted by law, the marketplace is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or the accuracy, quality or fitness of vendor products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Updates will be posted here with a revised date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek agreement before changes apply.
